Teledermatology is the delivery of dermatologic health care to remote locations by means of telecommunications and information technology. It facilitates delivery of services by a dermatologist at a different time and place than the patient who receives them. Both real-time videoconferences and store-and-forward systems have proven to be highly reliable and accurate in teledermatologic diagnosis compared to traditional face-to-face diagnosis.

Dear Shahbaz,
Molluscum warts cycle. They grow and die over a 3 month period. However new ones are arising all the time.I have never found a surefire method of getting rid of them.I have tried Imiquimod recently although it is not recommended in children. It will take me 6 months to assess its effectiveness.I have tried tape stripping, freezing, salicylic acid paint, cantharidin etc .The lesions go when the child developes an immune response. They often occur among areas of atopic eczema. It is important to avoid topical steroid use in these areas as the mollusca just spread.Children should avoid baths and have showers if possible.
Best wishes
