Hailey-Hailey Disease Inframammary
Involvement of inframammary areas
Hailey -Hailey disease is often complicated by secondary infection. Many times I feel that the infection is the factor that causes the condition to flare. When it is controlled the condition responds again to topical steroids.
This is a Google Scholar search on the topic.

Did you ever cosider it closely resembling intertrigo involving the flexures, causing maceration with superaded bacterial and fungal/candidal infections and responding to antibacterial and/or antifungal topical and/or systemic therapy. How do you differentiate it from intertrigo?

Dear Shahbaz,
This fissuring is very characteristic of Hailey-Hailey disease.Sweating certainly plays a part. The condition is always worse in warm weather.Antibacterial therapy seems to work better than antifungal ( yeast)therapy whereas the opposite is true in intertrigo.
Best wishes
